My journey as a solopreneur and leader in the world of classical music began years ago with questions about how to lead effectively when you’re essentially a team of one. The workbook grew from my own leadership experiences - from teaching piano students to directing large musical events, where I’ve applied and refined my leadership skills in a real-world setting.

I started to investigate:
